Suggested use
 
Set up a sacred space in which to enjoy your steam (think candles, essential oils or incense, soothing music, herbal tea). Add around a quarter of the package (let your intuition guide you as to how much) to a yoni steam seat/sitz bath if you have one, or a basin/bowl suitable for squatting over. Steep for a few minutes in a few cups of boiling water (around 3-6 cups). Set your intentions for this steaming session. Sit on the seat or stoop over the bowl with a towel draped over your legs to contain the steam (be sure to wait until the water has cooled sufficiently that you don’t burn yourself!). Relax for 15-20 minutes and enjoy the steam!
 
Return your herbs and crystals back to the earth after use, if you can.
